Q1. How will I know if my order is placed successfully?

Once your order is placed, you will immediately receive a confirmation email and SMS with your order number and details.
You can also view your order inside the My Account → Orders section on our website. If you do not receive a confirmation within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.

Q2. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major payment options including:

– UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
– Net Banking
– Wallet Payments
– Cash on Delivery (available in selected locations)

All payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways for complete safety.

Q3. How do I return damaged products?

If you receive a damaged, leaked, or defective product, you can request a return or replacement within 48 hours of delivery.
Simply contact our support team with:
– Order ID
– Photos/video of the damaged product
– Unboxing video (if available)

Once verified, we will arrange a free pickup and send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Q4. What are the shipping charges?

Shipping is free on all prepaid orders.
For Cash on Delivery (COD), a small additional fee may apply depending on your location.
Final shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout before payment.

Q5. How do I check the status of my order?

You can track your order in real-time through the Track Order page on our website.
A tracking link will also be sent via email and SMS once your order is dispatched.
