Order Cancellation

• You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

• Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be processed.

• To cancel an order, please email us at Srilakshminarasimhacorporation@gmail.com with your order ID and reason for cancellation.

• Upon successful cancellation, your payment will be refunded to the original mode of payment within 5–7 business days.

Return & Replacement Policy

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery at Srilakshminarasimhacorporation@gmail.com along with clear photos or videos.

• Eligible items can be replaced or refunded in full depending on stock availability and product condition.

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a replacement or refund.

Refund Process

• Refunds are initiated after successful product verification by our quality team.

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), we will contact you for bank details to process the refund.

Exceptions

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund unless defective:

• Opened skincare or cosmetic products

• Products without original packaging or invoice
