Offer Terms & Conditions

1. Offer validity. This promotion is available for a limited time only and can be withdrawn or changed by Zyoraa (operated by Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Corporation) at any time without prior notice.
2. Qualifying purchase. The free / ₹1 Advance Radiance Moisturizer – Aloe Vera (50g) is available only when purchasing the Ultra Hydrating Cleanser – Vitamin C (100ml) or the GlowBoost Duo, as shown above.
3. One gift per order. Only one free gift moisturizer will be added per qualifying order, regardless of quantity purchased.
4. While stocks last. The free gift is subject to available inventory and may be substituted with a product of equal or greater value at Zyoraa's discretion if it runs out of stock.
5. Token amount. Where shown as "₹1", the amount charged covers a nominal token/handling contribution and does not reflect the product's retail value.
6. Non-transferable. The free gift has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be redeemed separately from the qualifying purchase.
7. Combination with other offers. This offer cannot be combined with other discount codes, coupons, or promotional campaigns unless explicitly stated.
8. Returns. If the qualifying product is returned, the free gift must also be returned; otherwise its listed value will be deducted from the refund, in line with Zyoraa's standard 7-day return policy.
9. Pricing & taxes. All prices listed are inclusive of applicable GST. Minor variations in product packaging or imagery may occur due to ongoing manufacturing updates.
10. Shipping. Orders are delivered across India, typically within 3–7 business days. Delays caused by courier or unforeseen circumstances are not eligible for compensation.
11. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
